DAYBORO RODEO 2026 – Stallholder Application
Dayboro Rodeo welcomes food vendors and stallholders to apply for the 2026 event at the Dayboro Showgrounds.
Please allow approximately 10–15 minutes to complete this application.
Stall Pricing
- 3m x 3m — $220
- 6m x 3m — $330
- Over 6m x 3m — upon request
Application Requirements
As part of this application, you will be asked to provide:
- your stallholder registration details
- your menu upload for the RFID cashless system
- your bank details for vendor payouts
Payment System
Dayboro Rodeo uses an RFID cashless payment system. Customer purchases are processed through RFID devices and vendor payouts are made directly to the nominated bank account provided in this form.
Vendors may still use their own POS devices alongside the RFID/Tapaygo devices.
Please ensure your bank details are correct to avoid payout delays.
Menu Upload
You will be asked to upload your menu using the supplied template spreadsheet.
Please include:
- item names
- categories
- prices
This helps us prepare your setup in advance, improve service speed on event day, and support accurate sales reporting.
For vendors with a large number of sale items, a user-defined charge option will also be available.
